Is it feasible to select fetuses for prenatal WES or CMA?

Another report confirming that prenatal fetal phenotyping is limited: Mona Haj and collegues recently showed that additional anomalies were diagnosed in 13.6% infants with prenatally diagnosed (apparently) isolated cleft, and 6.8% were categorized as major. Selecting fetuses with ultrasound anomalies for CMA or WES is challenging. Don't they all have right for the diagnostic genomic testing?
